JAMBALAYA
Serves 4 – 6
Prep Time – 15 minutes Cook Time – 30 minutes
Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 small onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
½ lb Italian sausage
½ lb kielbasa
½ lb ham (1 in thick) cubed
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups uncooked white rice
½ cup ANCHOR BAR Original Chicken Wing Sauce “Hotter Recipe”


Directions

1. Heat a large pot over medium high heat with oil and garlic.

2. Add onions and peppers. Sauté 4 – 5 minutes. Add sausage and cook until no longer pink. Stir in kielbasa and ham and sauté for 2 – 3 minutes.

3. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and ANCHOR BAR Original Chicken Wing Sauce “Hotter Recipe”. Reduce heat and cover until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.

Note: You may add or substitute the ANCHOR BAR’s Original Chicken Wing Sauces Mild, Original or Suicidal sauce to suit you taste
